Slice your tomatoes into circles or wedges and put them in a large bowl. Sprinkle your heirloom tomatoes with fleur de sel and ground pepper. Crush and sprinkle your dried oregano or marjoram and minced fresh basil and the extra virgin olive oil. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes (up to an hour) stirring occasionally.
In each serving plate, in the center, place a ball of burrata cheese and fan the tomatoes around it. Spoon the dressing you made left in the bowl and garnish with some more fresh basil leaves. Your salad is ready. Bon appétit !
