Ingredients (for 6 persons) :
- 36 oysters N3 Fines de Claire
- 20cl of thick cream for cooking
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- 1 garlic dehydrated or finely chopped
- 20 cl of white wine
- shredded parmesan reggiano
Method:
Open the oysters and catch-up the oyster water.
Pre heat your oven at 200 C / TH 6-7 during 10 minutes.
Place the open oysters on a flat oven-proof dish.
On top of each oyster, add a little pinch of garlic, a little bit of shallot, a bit of white wine and a tea spoon of thick cream.
Finely, end with a pinch of shredded parmesan over each oyster.
Bake the oysters in the oven for 15 minutes.
Move the oven to “grill” position and let them “gratinate” during 5 minutes until they are a bit coloured.
