FESTIVE SEASON veal tartare with caviar recipe


  • 100g Kristal caviar by Kaviari
  • 400g veal eye of round 
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp mixed spring onion 
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper


1- Using a good cutting knife, chop the veal meat finely. 

2- In a separate bowl, mix the shallots cut into small cubes, the finely chopped chives and chopped spring onions. 

3- Add the veal to this dressing and mix with olive oil to get an homogenous tartare. Use salt & pepper to your liking. 

4- Arrange the tartare on 4 side dishes and pour a spoonful on top of the tartare.
