Easy simple wagyu beef recipe

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 450°F (or 230°C). On a skillet, drizzle a little olive oil and rub your wagyu beef steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the skillet until the oil starts to smoke and cook the meat for about a minute on each side, just to seal the juices in. Depending on the thickness of your wagyu steaks and your preferred doneness, put the pan in the oven for a couple of minutes or so. 

 

Remove the meat from the oven, transfer it to a cutting board and let it rest for a couple of minutes. You are now ready to enjoy your delicious wagyu beef steaks.
