INGREDIENTS
For 6 people
- 300 grams of cooking chocolate
- 55 grams of caster sugar
- 300ml of cream
- 3 free range eggs
METHOD
1- Place the chocolate in a bowl and put it over a pot with simmering water (without the bowl touching the water) and stir it until it melts. Take the bowl away from the heat and let it cool gently.
2- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture changes color and gets a thick texture. Put it into the chocolate until it is well combined.
3- Pour the mixture into 6 serving cups or glasses and let it chill in the fridge for a minimum of an hour and take it out 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy !
