INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
- 4 slices of ham (turkey or other)
- 1 fresh truffle or tartufata sauce
- 12 slices of soft sandwich bread
- 120 g Comté 24 months
- 25 g flour
- 40 cl of milk
- truffle oil
- butter
METHOD
- Cut the Comté cheese into small cubes and the ham sliced in half.
- Make a béchamel sauce with 25 grams of butter, flour and milk. When it is still creamy, pour the Comté cheese and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, it must be thick. Season and drizzle with truffle oil. Keep aside.
- Spread the tartufata or the fresh truffle in strips on the sanwich bread slices, place a piece of ham and gently pour the béchamel.
- Repeat once again, then finish with a slice of bread. Spread soft butter on each external side of the sandwich. Let rest 1 hour.
- In a hot skillet, heat the "croque-Monsieur" on each side and put them in the oven for 2 minutes at 180°C.
