- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup high cocoa content chocolate
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup cooking chocolate chunks
- ⅓ cup fat-free milk
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large organic free range chicken eggs, lightly beaten
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- Cooking spray
Preheat your oven to 350°F
Very gently spoon your flour into measuring cups, leveling them with a knife. Mix the flour with salt and all the other dry ingredients.
Combine ½ cup chocolate and milk and put in a microwave for 1 minute on high stirring at the 30 second mark. Stir in the butter, the vanilla and eggs. Add the milk mixture, the ½ cup of chocolate and the nuts and mix everything together.
Pour all of the batter in a baking pan coated in cooking oil, sprinkle with the remaining nuts and bake at 350°F for 22 minutes of until you can insert a wooden pick in the center and have moist crumbs clinging on to the pick.
Let the fudge cool in a pan or on a wire rack. Cut and serve. Bon appétit !
