For 2 to 4 persons:

• 1 burrata (300g)

50g salmon roe

1 organic lemon

• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

• 1 turn of pepper mill


1- Wash the lemon and peel-off the lemon skin. 

2- Open the burrata, pour it on a bowl.

3- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle the lemon zest and 1 twist of black pepper mill and finish it by adding the salmon eggs on top.
