Bresaola salad

Bresaola salad


  • 80g of thinly sliced bresaola
  • lettuce, leaves separated
  • wild rocket
  • 100g of sliced radishes
  • black olives
  • 2 hard-boiled and quartered free-range eggs
  • shaved fresh parmesan

For the dressing :

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove whole scarred
  • salt and pepper


Make the dressing combining all the ingredients. Whisk them together until it becomes creamy and remove the garlic clove.

Arrange the salad the way you want it (make it look nice) and pour the dressing over. Add the shaved parmesan.

You can eat this salad with bread browned in extra virgin olive oil.
