Our unsweetened* frozen raspberry purée from France is made from fruits picked at optimum ripeness. Our frozen raspberry purée from France is made from a subtle and balanced blend of different varieties of raspberries, each bringing a specific flavour to the recipe. For this new recipe, we have selected the Mecker variety, largely appreciated for its intense red colour and most importantly for its naturally sweet and fruity flavours as well as a selection different of raspberry varieties from our very own orchards, located in a 50 mile radius of our workshops.
