Product obtained by lyophilization. Pieces of chopped strawberry (5 – 10 mm) of red color. Characteristic smell and taste.

Used for Decoration of salty and sweet dishes or directly as a healthy snack. When introduced as an inclusion in recipes for chocolates, bonbons, biscuits, and other low-moisture applications, the fruit maintains its crunchiness. In wet applications such as ice creams, desserts, muffins, the fruit is rehydrated, obtaining a honeyed texture.
