A sweet delight with the delicious taste of vanilla to satisfy small cravings! Made from rice flour and whole rice flour, buckwheat flour and millet flour, the Bridor gluten free madeleine contains pure butter, whole eggs and a dash of vanilla.

Safety: no contamination possible thanks to the individual wrapping which can go in the oven up to 160 °C or in the microwave.

Ingredients: EGGS, fine butter (MILK) 23%, sugar, rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, corn, millet flour, baking powders (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), thickener (gum xanthan), vanilla by-product.  

For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, refer to the ingredients in capital letters.  

If frozen, place in microwave 500W in original packaging for 30 seconds.

If defrosted, place in microwave 500W in original packaging for 20 seconds.

Open packaging just after reheating and allow to sit for 2 minutes before serving.
